The Pastoral Advisory Council (PAC) serves as a vital bridge between the parish community and the Pastor, fostering open communication, collaboration, and shared discernment. Its primary role is to advise and support the Pastor in matters that affect the spiritual, pastoral, and communal life of the parish. This includes offering thoughtful insights and recommendations on topics brought forth by parishioners, ministries, and other parish groups.
The Council fulfills its mission by:
- Listening attentively to the needs, concerns, and hopes of the parish community.
- Identifying and affirming the unique gifts, talents, and resources present within our parish.
- Promoting unity and shared responsibility in the life and mission of the Church.
- Encouraging active participation from all members of the parish in shaping our faith community.
Currently, the PAC is composed of dedicated members who meet regularly—typically nine to twelve times per year—to reflect on parish matters and offer guidance to the Pastor. These members represent a cross-section of the parish and bring diverse perspectives, experiences, and spiritual wisdom to the table.
