North Fork Parish Outreach is a compassionate ministry dedicated to serving families in need across the North Fork community. Sponsored by the parishes of  St. Patrick, St. Agnes, and Sacred Heart/Our Lady of Good Counsel, our mission is rooted in faith, generosity, and neighborly care.

What We Offer

• Basic Living Assistance: We provide support with essential needs, including access to our well-stocked food pantry.
• Outreach Thrift Shop: Located at 56025 Main Road, Southold, our thrift shop is a hidden gem filled with donated treasures at affordable prices. Every purchase helps fund the vital social services we offer.
